He will also partner with Heads of Data at Mode customers and prospects to help evolve their approach to partnering across the business and driving strategic value from their teams. Prior to Mode, Holland served as Head of Data Science for Facebook’s AI Platform, and was the Head of Data Science & Machine Learning at GitHub. He also held analytical and operational roles at Heroku and Salesforce.
