Mode Analytics, Inc. (“Mode”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Statement.  Accordingly, this Privacy Statement describes the personal information and certain other information obtained through the Mode website located at (the “Site”) and details how we use and protect such information. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, “personal information” means information about an identified or an identifiable natural person.
